They are now looking for an associate consultant to join their Frankfurt office. |

| Aufgabenstellung | The role responsibilities are as follows: - Develop complex mathematical and statistical models that relate sales or marketing activities to financial results - Design custom analysis tools in a variety of programming languages and applications - Use sophisticated optimization techniques - Leverage basic programming skills in Visual Basic, MS Access and MS Excel to gain insight from client data - Collaborate with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions - Take initiative on both client engagements and internal projects - Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables - Mentor and coach Associates You will work on project teams typically comprised of approximately two to five people drawn from different levels of the firm. Because of the small team structure, you will benefit from periodic training sessions, ranging from broad business close working relationship with Consultants, Managers, Principals and clients. The exposure to clients encourages an understanding of the critical questions facing sales and marketing executives. |
| Anforderungsprofil | Our client is looking for applicants with at least two years relevant work experience (ideally in the international consulting or pharmaceutical industries) and an advanced degree such as a Masters or PhD. They are looking for candidates with highly quantitative degrees in subjects such as Economics, Applied Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Life and Physical Sciences or Engineering-related disciplines. In addition, applicants should be equipped with the following skills: - Detail orientation - Analytical problem solving skills - Self-motivation - Organization and planning skills - Strong communication skills - Strong work ethic - Leadership experience - Personal initiative - International understanding - Fluency in English and German |
